By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Any conflicting terms of the customer do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be accepted.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Product descriptions, images and colours are provided as accurately as possible, but minor deviations in colour and appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography. Our product presentation in this store is an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
The contract language is English. We store the contract text but do not make it accessible after conclusion of the contract. Please save your order confirmation.
All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no value added tax is charged and none is shown on our invoices.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you submit your order. US import duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in our prices. Please see our Shipping Policy.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed by our payment providers; their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
If a payment is reversed or charged back for reasons attributable to you, you shall bear the resulting fees.
Delivery times and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply. If goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us at ecombennet210@gmail.com with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In that case we are liable only for the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
You may not use this store to violate any law, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or copy content for commercial purposes, or to interfere with the security or operation of the store.
All content of this store, including texts, images, logos, layout and code, is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.
We may amend these Terms at any time with effect for future orders. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
