You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

You must inform us by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. We will do so without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including the return shipping from the United States to Germany.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please return items complete, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect and try items as you would in a shop. Items that have been used beyond that may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.
Returns sent without prior notice may delay processing.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further few days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are refunded in full for withdrawals under section 1. Any duties or taxes you paid to US customs are not refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim them directly from the customs authorities.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us at ecombennet210@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund including all shipping costs, at no expense to you.
Your statutory warranty rights under German law apply in addition to and independently of the right of withdrawal described above.
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
